Resistance is futile.

As I’m accustomed to from my dinner experiences at Sarento’s On The Beach, I was quickly seated at an oceanfront table by the friendly hostess who left me with what would turn out to be my nemesis (the menu!)

While I’ve come to expect a spectacular sunset here, dining here in the morning was also quite remarkable. The way the Maui sun sparkles and reflects off the ocean while an ethereal mist hangs on for its last minutes…well, I can try and conjure words to evoke …
