Much like your local Whole Foods, but less elaborate and more expensive.
While they do incorporate many local goods, OUCH! Whole Paycheck takes on a new meaning here - be prepared for some serious sticker shock - I dropped 18 bucks on a salad last week... (Okay it was a big salad...but this would have been better, and half the price at my favorite natural foods store!)
Tip: Mana Foods (10 minutes away in Paia) is, by far, the best choice for natural foods on Maui.
