Summary
This is a cute and clean 1BR cottage, walking distance to Haiku Town center. Giggle Hill playground is close by, several restaurants, a small grocery store, yoga, and more. You’re also just a few minutes from the best North Shore beaches.

The private stand-alone cottage is a great value – ocean view, fruit trees, lush tropical gardens, built using top quality materials and a comfortable Hawaiian and Asian decor.

Details
Holly, the owner, is a life-long Hawaii resident, and has built this house and decorated it with a mix of tasteful vintage Hawaiiana and tropical island-style furnishings that bring the cottage together for an authentic feel.

The cottage is raised about 10 feet off the ground – this keeps it cool and also enables ocean views above the Haiku treeline. It is on a short private cul-de-sac road, with only a handfull of houses.

The bedroom has a tv, desk, large windows overlooking the gardens and a large sliding glass door with an ocean view.

The open living area comprises the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Like the bedroom, it also has an ocean view through large sliding glass doors that open to the wonderful lanai – such a welcoming place to spend time relaxing on the chairs with a cool drink in your hand.

The living room also has two twin daybeds – if you can tear yourself away from sitting out on the lanai, they double as comfy couches (and a place for the kids to sleep!)

The kitchen is tastefully done in high-end materials and appliances. The custom bamboo and granite glass cooktop island is striking and one of a kind! Everything you need to prepare meals, including microwave, burners, extra-large toaster oven, full-size stainless steel fridge, blender, coffee maker, etc.
