Overview
Much like the Kokomo Hale 1BR, the Studio Cottage uses high quality construction is open and airy and thoughtfully incorporates many natural elements into the design.
High quality bamboo floors, custom stone countertops, and plenty of windows.
Private, clean, modern, comfortable and affordable. The central location is perfect for active people who want to tour all around Maui while staying in a real home. If you’re the type who likes to avoid resorts and find adventure, this is a great option for home-base.
Kitchen
Quality & Craftsmanship
I love homes with a soul – and Kokomo Hale most definitely has one. The owner is a builder, and a craftsman – the attention to detail and love and care infused into even the smallest facets clearly show. This kind of quality is not typical of a small cottage in this price range.
Details
This is one of two rentals on the property. A private stand-alone loft-style studio cottage, exposed wood beam ceiling, detached bathroom with two-person outdoor shower. There is also an optional detached second bedroom available. (Both detached buildings are close, more like an outdoor hallway!)
Having the second bedroom, bathroom and outdoor shower all setup with the ‘hallway’ being outdoors really brings a need tropical outdoors/indoors quality to staying here. There is also a small private yard with BBQ and access to shared laundry.
