Lilikoi Lani Plantation

Tucked away, but centrally located minutes from the uncrowded and stunning North Shore beaches, Paia Town, golf courses and several of Maui’s best restaurants. This 3,700 square foot classic plantation style home presents uncompromising quality with humble casual elegance.

Living room

This gorgeous plantation home sits on two quiet and serene acres and exudes the charm of old Hawaii at every turn. The estate contains abundantly producing fruit trees, organic gardens and free-range chickens. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the simple pleasures of the freshest eggs, tree-ripe fruits and tasty greens from the gardens.

Dining room

Designed as a private and peaceful family retreat, this large, upscale five bedroom home has hosted Silicon Valley executives and celebrities. Centered around a classic plantation-style floorplan, the living spaces are large and open, encouraging family and friends to enjoy one another’s company. With 3,700 square feet of indoor living space and two acres of tropical gardens, everyone in your group will also have plenty of room to spread out or claim some privacy whenever it might be desired.

Designer furnishings, original artwork and personal touches tastefully decorate this vintage-style home. The workmanship down to the finest details appear as if constructed yesteryear, but a closer look reveals all the modern amenities discriminating travelers appreciate.

Kitchen & Dining
When you step in to the eat-in kitchen, the first impression is that of an understated 1940’s-era farmhouse kitchen. Upon closer inspection, the high-end modern appliances promise to satisfy even the pickiest traveling gourmet chef. The spacious kitchen boasts a six-burner commercial stove, commercial refrigerator and commercial grade dishwasher. Quality dishware, pots, pans and table settings are provided. There is an espresso maker, and of course all the standards like coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and pantry items are all provided.

Eat informally in the kitchen, or sit down in the dining room that seats ten. All in all, it will inspire the gourmet cook to whip up something special (or call in the available private chef upon request!)

Master bedroom

There are two large master suites privately located at either end of the home. Each master suite has a bathroom, king bed and private entry. Both have lush garden views, and with the private entry, the romanic temptation for a late-night stroll in the gardens or nightcap in the hot tub are easily realized.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and adjoins a bathroom with a European jetted tub.

The fourth bedroom has two double beds and lush garden views.

Fifth bedroom can be configured as an office

The fifth bedroom, adjacent to the living area doubles as an office. Upon request it can be set up with your option of two twin beds or a queen sofabed. The office has a desk, telephone and printer. Light, open and bright – even if you must use it to do a bit of work on vacation, you won’t for a minute forget you’re in Hawaii!

Lush foliage all around the property

The location offers the best of both worlds by feeling miles away from it all while not actually being too far away. Close to Makawao Town, Haiku Town and Paia Town, 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the beach.
