Brand new full remodel 1BR home in Paia. Set off from Baldwin Ave, so it’s quiet. Cutely decorated with island decor. Large covered lanai, private parking, storage, beach accessories are all provided.
Walking distance from Paia Town and several of the North Shores best beaches (list below.) The wonderful owners live on-island and are fully available if needed.
Paia Bay is the closest beach within walking distance (About five minutes or so.) There are several more beaches adjacent to Baldwin Cove that you can discover by walking along the shoreline. They are (in order):
Paia Secret Beach (often empty, or a couple of nudists)
Baldwin Cove (this one vanishes dramatically in summer!)
Baldwin Beach Park (long, gorgeous sandy beach)
Baby Beach (scenic & great for swimming laps and keiki)
