Description:
Their other three locations get higher ratings.
Ba-Le is Vietnamese for Paris, and that is what Ba Le offers - Vietnamese meets French, sandwich style. Ba Le is known for fresh and healthy food.
Honolulu was the first location for this franchise, there are now more than 20 locations state-wide; four of those on Maui. The Honolulu Advertiser describes Ba Le as "Vietnamese-style sandwiches - baguettes with crisp, crumbly crusts and pillowy insides, filled with pressed meats and crunchy julienned vegetables."
Maui Time newspaper, is just around the corner from their Wailuku location, and their staff is known to frequent Ba Le. They write "This place offers a diverse array of yummy sandwiches with inspiration from all over the globe. Their veggie summer rolls are phenomenal. An ideal lunchtime antidote to the cubicle blues." Another full Maui Time article about this location appeared, and the link is below.
