Well, the sign that says Alice Cooper thinks the Kobe burger is the best in the world doesn't happen to mention that he is one of the owners of the restaurant...
Nice views; many of the dishes are tapas. The chef also uses organic, locally sourced, healthy and natural ingredients.
Like Mala Ocean Tavern in Lahaina, prices are pushing the envelope; Wailea isn't really a go-to if pricing is a big consideration, anyway - but expect to easily drop over a hundred bucks for a couple.
Lahaina Mala is preferred by diner reviews across the Net, so if you're not staying at the Mariott, best to choose the Mala Ocean Tavern in Lahaina.
