Kamaole Beach Royale 207 is a stand out for folks looking for significant value for their dollar.

Remodeled in 2012, virtually everything but the kitchen is new – even the walls were upgraded and redone.
Excellent location, just across the road from Kamaole Beach Park, a half-block walk to the oceanside puts your toes in the sand. The unit is also a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. (psst. there is a very reasonably priced place for Indian takeout just next door.)
The building is very quiet and therefore popular with retirees and folks looking for a low-key condo. The building itself was originally constructed from concrete block, even though this unit has been upgraded with new sheetrock walls, the thick concrete between units is great at keeping sound where it belongs.
Rooftop lanai has gas grills, serving area, sinks, tables and chairs.
Unit 207 is on the second floor, there are stairs and an elevator that lead right to the unit.
The building has an uncrowded pool and free parking.
