Description:
The Park Shore complex is one of my favorite complexes in Kihei. Low-key and designed for residential occupants; all units are still resident owned (and many are resident occupied.)

Personalized service and a warm touches are what stand out in the units I’ve selected. This is not one of the bigger condotels that mill tourists in and out of identically sterile rooms; visitors who normally shy away from impersonal hotels/timeshares/condos will feel much more comfortable here.

The private pool is never crowded

Unit 1 has been recently remodeled with quality touches such as new bathrooms, travertine floors, granite countertops, and loads of good taste in furnishings. Fantastic views of the ocean, steps to the private pool, and a no-charge reserved parking space adjacent to the unit.

This is a 2 bed/2bath unit, perfect if you need a second bedroom for a child or two couples traveling together with kids on the queen sofabed. (This is also a great option is you fell in love with Carolyn’s touches and Unit #3 is already booked!)

The location of the Park Shore is central, with loads of restaurants, bars, a couple of markets, entertainment, shopping, beaches, skating, surfing and snorkeling all in close proximity. The unit is steps from the pool. There is also a surf school next door which also rents surfboards, kayaks and paddle boards. Charley Young Beach is a 5 minute walk. Kamaole One, Two and Three within several blocks of each other. Dozens of the worlds best beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena are nearby. Five world-class golf courses within minutes to choose from.

    Great accommodations! We had four adults and one child in our party and were very comfortable here. The unit has a well stocked kitchen area, and lots of extra towels and linens. The location is fabulous, just a short walk to the beach and shopping/dining.
    The owners are easy to arrange things with and very accommodating.
    We would not hesitate to rent this property again!
