Go here for the drinks and the view.
The Good: The location is spectacular. Awesome views and comfy seats. Tasty drinks.
The Bad: Prices are way out of sync with the food quality. Drinks are also high-priced. If you don't have money to burn you'll probably split after a drink or two.
