A steakhouse in a converted failed Outback location.
Maybe it is just the mana here, but this second steakhouse in the same location isn't looking to happening, either - and it isn't for lack of being run by a local guy that knows what he is doing.
Bottom line is that this place is very inconsistent and has received plenty of absolutely horrendous reviews for both service and food. But, to be fair, it also has its share of good ones, too.
If you feel like rolling the dice, let us know how it turned out. If not, best to wait 'till they figure things out and the consistency improves.

We ate at RB Black Angus 12/30/11 and we could not find one thing that was right. 7adults and 2 children arrived at 6:40 and ordered our meals, no alcohol was ordered. Two received their meal at 7:20, 10 minutes later 3 salads were brought out. The kids meals were served next, sliders for one that tasted horrible, chicken nuggets that were hard for the last. The last meals came at 7:40. A steak for $38 was hard to chew. Mashed potatoes were hard and cold. We were in a positive mood when we arrived and I rarely will complain but this was the worst service and food. To top it off it was $250.
