DEPOSITS & PAYMENT.  A credit card will be charged for the 20% non-refundable deposit upon booking and the 80% balance is due 60 days prior to check-in and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file, unless other arrangements have been made.  The credit card(s) will serve in lieu of a security deposit.  All property must be returned in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and Tenants are liable for all replacements, repairs and labor required to return the unit to the condition it was in prior to occupancy.

Total payment for your stay must be received before your arrival. An additional facility fee of $20+ tax per day will be paid upon check in and paid directly to Maui Kaanapali Villas.

20% of the total balance due at time of booking is non refundable. To receive a full refund, Cancellation received no later than 60 days before your arrival date will receive a full refund, less the 20% down.

If you cancel 30 days before your arrival date you will receive one half of your monies paid, less the 20% down.

Any cancellation will be charged a $100 fee.

No Smoking is allowed in the unit or on the lanai. A $500 charge will be applied for violation.

No Pets allowed.

Check in is after 3:30 pm. Check out 11:00 am There is only a 4.5 hour window to clean and set up for the next guests. Please respect this work schedule and do not arrive early or check out late.

Upon arrival at The Maui Kaanapali Villas please go to the front desk in the lobby and check in. At that point you will need to pay the facility fee of $20 plus tax per day directly to them. They will give you the keys and a parking pass and let you know the best place to park for the unit you are staying in.

Please be sure not to leave valuables in your car and lock it while parked.

We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen.

Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. Renter will not hold owner liable for any injury, loss, or damage due to use or misuse of any items in the villa, on the premises, in the parking lot, or at the beach.

If using the air conditioner please be sure all doors and windows are closed or it will not work.

Upon leaving the unit please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start. Put all towels in the bath tub if they are wet and the laundry basket if not.

This agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters' party.

ACTS OF GOD, GOVERNMENT, TERRORISM.  There are NO REFUNDS for acts of God, government or terror. Events such as (but not limited to) hurricane, tropical storm, weather conditions, earthquake, tsunami, pandemic, war, terrorism and any other act of God, government or terror. This applies even if a mandatory evacuation or travel restrictions are in effect.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT.  Tenant acknowledges they have reviewed and understand the terms of this contract and agree to be bound thereby
		
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. Tenant affirms that whatever mark they have chosen to make in the Internet booking form signature field is their "electronic signature" and is equal in every way to a handwritten signature on a paper document. 
		
DATA STORAGE OF CONTRACT. This booking contract will be stored electronically and a copy will be emailed to Tenant along with their booking confirmation. Additional copies will be made available upon request.
