Details
The quiet and serene 2,000 Sq Ft. home sits on a lovingly cared for two-arce parcel. Guests enjoy tropical farm-like surroundings and expansive garden and ocean views.

Pastureland on the lower portion of the property mixes green plant production with green energy production. Part of carefully planned eco-friendly footprint has a new solar farm coexisting alongside tropical fruit orchards (being prepared currently.) Fruit, flowers, electricity and hot water – all solar generated!

My favorite room in the house is the largest screened-in lanai – with comfortable entertaining, living and dining areas. There is also an open-air game room with foosball, ping pong and (darts coming soon). The kids have a fenced playground, plus there plenty of garden area. Croquet and (horse shoes coming soon) are included for outdoor play. There is also a pull-out sofabed in the large lanai living area.

Bedrooms
This rental is very unique as it has extremely flexible bedding options. Three of the bedrooms can be set up with custom bed configurations upon request.

Master bedroom

The Master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed, walk-in closet and a doors that open up to it’s own private ocean-view lanai.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a partitioned children’s suite, and large doors that swing open up to a peaceful garden-view lanai.

Above is the attached children’s suite. There is a twin bed with a second twin trundle that can be pulled out for additional children.

The second bedroom with children’s suite is versatile in that it can accomodate a wide variety of guests, including children/teens/adults that require some privacy from one another. The main part of the room has a queen bed, and the suite portion is separated by a partition wall that is open at the vaulted ceiling. Note: While there is visual privacy between the two areas of the bedroom, there is not complete sound insulation or a door between these areas.

Third bedroom w/daybed and trundle underneath

The third bedroom is a very small bedroom. It is on the first floor with a twin bed. A second twin can be set up in here upon request, but it is tight quarters, and must be discussed prior to booking. This room also has a locking door to the outside.

Suite daybed and trundle underneath

The fourth bedroom is a suite with private entrance. It has it’s own porch and outdoor eating area. Bedding can be configured with either a king or two twins.

Playground

The Grounds
Historically, this two-acre parcel was part of a larger pineapple plantation. The grounds are serene and peaceful with lovingly cared-for gardens, open pasture and a tropical farm. The property is fully fenced including an automatic gate at the driveway entrance. There are garden areas for picnicking or playing, as well as a level lawn area just outside the house that is perfect for lawn games and lounging. There is also a fenced-in playground for the kids.
